Time of processing

All orders are generally dispatched within 3-5 business days of the order being placed.

For larger orders, extra time may be required for processing- Minimum of 7 days up to 14 days. We will advise of time needed when the order is placed.


The shipping costs are determined by the product and quantity, weight and destination of your order.
Shipping costs quoted are estimated using the Australia Post online calculator and based on regular interstate destinations. Remote destinations incur an additional distance charge per kg.

If the actual shipping cost is lower than the amount paid, I will refund any difference over $2 AUD. If the actual shipping costs are significantly higher than the estimate, that is more than $2 AUD, I reserve the right to request additional shipping costs. In this instance, the customer can request to cancel the order.

I take great care to ensure your purchase is securely packed using recycled materials and clearly marked ‘Fragile’. It may not be packed with pretty wrapping but it will arrive safe.

Please request insurance, registered/signed for post if required, otherwise standard post will be used. Orders within Australia are sent via regular parcel post with tracking and delivery takes 1-3 working days.

Please note: there may be delays due to public holidays and postal services.

If your purchase is returned to me because you did not have the correct address listed on your account or a change of address for delivery you will be required to pay the full postage costs for the resending of your item.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please report any damaged item received within 20 days of shipping date and provide a photo of the faulty/broken item and I’ll do my best to resolve the situation. Opt for loss/damage insurance.
Refund (minus postage cost) given only if the item is significantly different from described. If in doubt, please ask questions first. Everything I sell is handmade – therefore little irregularities or unevenness may occur.

Refunds are only offered if the product is faulty, not for changed minds.
